Autism-Friendly Virtual Tour: Army and Society Gallery

Join us for an autism-friendly virtual tour of the Army and Society Gallery on
June 26 at 10 a.m. EDT. A Museum staff member will provide a tour of this gallery which showcases how the Army has influenced American society, and in turn, how society has influenced the Army. Key artifacts include an exact reproduction of the 1908 Model A Wright Flyer, R-4B Sikorsky helicopter, 1918 Model B Liberty Truck, the United States Colored Troops Medal, a War Bond Dress and Apron, the Army’s Oscar for the film “Seeds of Destiny.” There will also be a short question and answer period.

This virtual program is free and registration is required. To ensure the appropriate time for questions and engagement, this program is limited to 50 registrations (1 registration per family, please).
