Battle Ride: The American Revolution in Virginia, 
1775-1776*

May 30-31: Join The Army Historical Foundation and historian Michael Cecere to explore the less well-known events of the American Revolution that took place in 1775 and 1776 in southeastern Virginia that affected the outcomes at the Battles of Trenton and Princeton. Sites visited will include Williamsburg, Hampton, Great Bridge, Norfolk and Gwynn’s Island. Registration required.

Army Birthday 6.14K Race*

Join the second annual Army Birthday 6.14K Road Race that begins and ends at the Museum. Registration required.

The Battle Ride: The American Revolution in Virginia, 1775-1776 and the Army Birthday 6.14K Race activities are hosted by The Army Historical Foundation, the non-profit organization for the Museum’s revenue generating operations and fundraising in support of the National Museum of the United States Army, and does not imply U.S. Army endorsement of the views expressed or the endorsement of any associated private and commercial entities.
