Historical interpreters share stories about the Civil War Soldier experience and invite visitors to take a closer look at their uniforms, equipment and weapons. Local Civil War historic sites and museums offer hands-on activities such as Soldier communication signals, Morse code and battlefield medicine. Scheduled to attend are representatives from: Bristoe Station Battlefield, Fredericksburg and Spotsylvania National Battlefield Park, Historic Endview, and the National Museum of Civil War Medicine.
